    Let’s Welcome Noriko to our team here at Circa 92! She began her training among the top artists in Japan and continued her education in the USA, where she honed her skills working at several world renown Beverly Hills salons. She has also painted the faces of A-list celebrity faces for red carpets, runways, films and television for many years.
